The premise of my idea is to lobby the University to develop and deliver sexism training for all students.

I would also like the available support services to be more well known across campus, in conjunction with the training. 

A specific example I can give on this is within the computing and engineering school, there is a big difference between men and women on these courses. It would be good to have a talk about sexism to this school or the whole university, so that students will also feel more comfortable reporting it.

My ultimate goal is to reduce sexism before students enter the work place (especially STEM fields), as a lot of women struggle to stay in these fields of work due to experiencing it there.
