Every day students from Storthes Hall Park (university-approved student accommodation) must get their local area bus. It used to be a First Bus double-decker, having enough space for everyone. However, right now the bus services provided in this area is a single-decker, which cannot fit the required amount of students anymore, especially disabled students in wheelchairs requiring equipped space. On top of that bus services are irregular, come really late, pass by bus stop while not full and have technical issues like wipers not working. It all causes students to be late to their classes and later be disciplined for it, as well as technical issues make them feel unsafe. 

The Big Idea is to provide better bus services to students living in Storthes, requiring it to be a safe double-decker with designated/enough space for disabled students, with everything working and arriving/leaving on time.
