I am proposing the implementation of power nap areas on campus for the benefit of students. Many students face financial pressures and work while studying, in addition to the high cost of transportation. These challenges make it difficult for students to go home and rest between lectures. With increasing numbers of students commuting, it is becoming harder to find time to rest. The university already provides a safe and comfortable environment to learn and grow. By introducing nap zones, the university would take an important step towards supporting the health and well-being of its students.

Power naps have been proven to provide various benefits, including reduced fatigue, increased alertness, improved performance, safety for shift workers, better memory, decreased reaction time, and boosted mood. Additionally, power naps have been shown to improve heart health, making them a crucial aspect of overall health and wellness. Many industries, such as hospitals, have already implemented power nap areas, and prestigious institutions like Yale have embraced this concept. By introducing nap zones, the university would show a commitment to the well-being of its students.
