Hi, We are the Disabled Students Society Committee (Edward Maxfield, Megan Horner, Sadie CK). As a committee we have noticed that at University and Students Union events there is a lack of accessibility information provided in regards to both the venue itself and the activity being held.

We would like to propose that every event hosted has it's accessibility information adviertised along with all other information provided on the event. This should be available before booking so students are aware if its accessible to them before turning up on the day and before they spend their money and have to ask for a refund.
