Get Microsoft Teams to add pronouns and nicknames as a feature

Adding a nickname and pronouns to Microsoft Teams as a feature will allow students to feel comfortable, adding a preferred name if their deadname is still on the system legally and they are uncomfortable with going through the universities name change process for whatever reason that may be. It will also help lecturers in the online sessions as they will be able to identify who they're speaking to
