On campus student storage lockers situated in various buildings for daily, weekly and/or semester rental to store books or excess clothing i.e. winter coats during day/term time so students are not burdened by having to carry around campus whilst attending lectures or visiting the library, or traversing the campus during attendance burdensome baggage. After initial fitting, and after a period of rental the university benefits from the rental cost of lockers and the profit/investment provides a return - potentially after one full academic year. This I believe will enhance the student experience whilst at the same time lead to a profit making benefit to the university.

This would be a great idea and if I can add to it, that in the technology building there be some slightly larger lockers that say an A1or A2 folder could fit, I know from experience that carrying them back and forth can be a right pain!

It could be a good idea if they use the same idea as the gym (lockers operated by our student cards)

I think this is a good idea, although I don't believe that we should have to pay for them. We pay a lot already and most students wouldn't be able to afford to pay extra every time they are in uni, so would just struggle on. If there had to be a payment then maybe this could be you rent a specific one for a term/year?
