The Referendum came, you voted!

Some of you may know and others may not, but we held a referendum this week on some important things for you to vote on. Unfortunately, we did not get enough votes for any of the questions as we needed a total of 1000 votes to make the referenda happen and only 413 students voted.

But we wanted to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to all that did take part and tell you how many votes were cast for each question:

1. Should there be a Students’ Union Bar on campus? (312 votes)
2. Should the Faith Centre be redecorated? (155 votes)
3. Free menstrual products in the SU Shop & toilets? (323 votes)
4. Free lecture print-outs? (288 votes)
