A number of students have contacted me in relation to a petition against the University that has been started by a former international student on change.org. I would just like to reassure anyone aware of the case, or the petition, that I am still discussing with the University how this has been investigated, and any outcomes.

Please remember that the Students’ Union is independent from the University so if there are any international students who would like to come forward and share their concerns with me in relation to this case, it would be really helpful. Any information about you would only be disclosed with your prior permission. Please be assured that I have the best interests of students at heart.
