Last week the Union held our Autumn Term Elections. Up for grabs were a number of positions on our Union Council, as well as 5 places to go to NUS National Conference representing Huddersfield students on a national stage.
We had 23 students running across the 8 positions we had available, including a massive 13 candidates running to be one of your representatives at NUS Conference.

Our new Union Council members attended their first meeting representing students at Union Council on Monday 19th October. Our successful NUS Delegates will join our SU President Mike McGougan at NUS National Conference in Brighton in April 2016 to decide national policy and elect the new NUS President.
